Product Information

Smooth and quiet in operation with unmatched reliability, all Shire engines are built to the highest quality standards laid down by ISO9001-2015. Extensively tested by dynamometers in a state-of-the-art Dyno test facility, the engines are run in and a full delivery inspection is carried out before dispatch to the customer. E P Barrus has a wealth of experience in custom building engines for specific end-uses, including the RNLI, MoD Navy, MoD Army, MoD Special Forces, HM Coastguard and most other professional users. The same exacting standards demanded by these organisations are built into every Shire engine.

Warranty

This UK Limited Warranty provides coverage for five (5) years (or 2000 hours whichever
occurs first) for recreational users and three (3) years (or 2000 hours whichever occurs first)
for commercial users from the date of warranty registration. The warranty is for non-serviceable items. The repair or replacement of parts, or the performance of service under this warranty, does not extend the life of this warranty beyond its original expiry date.
